Terms of Use

By using the Mirchiyo app you agree to these terms. Mirchiyo is a platform that connects you with restaurants and delivery partners in Guntur.

1. Ordering

• Menus, prices and availability are set by restaurants and may change. The price in your bag at checkout is the price you pay.
• Restaurants may be closed or busy. Orders can only be placed while a restaurant is open.
• Please give a correct name, phone number and address. We may cancel orders with false or unreachable details.

2. Prices and fees

Your bill shows food price, GST, delivery fee, platform fee, any tip and any discount. Delivery and platform fees may be reduced or waived by offers or Gold Mirchi Pass.

3. Payments

You can pay by cash on delivery or UPI where available. Online payments are handled by a payment provider; Mirchiyo does not store your card or bank details.

5. Coupons and offers

• Each coupon has its own rules (minimum order, maximum discount, expiry, limits). Coupons have no cash value.
• We may withdraw an offer that is being misused, and cancel orders made by abusing offers.
• If an order using a coupon is cancelled before acceptance, the coupon is returned.

6. Gold Mirchi Pass membership

Gold Mirchi Pass is an optional paid membership for customers, with the launch price and benefits shown in the app (for example lower delivery and platform fees within the stated distance and minimum order). Benefits, prices and terms may change for new purchases. Membership is for your personal use.

7. Food and allergies

Food is prepared by independent restaurants. If you have an allergy, please contact the restaurant through support before ordering. Mirchiyo cannot guarantee that any dish is free of allergens.

8. Your responsibilities

• Be reachable and available at the delivery address.
• Treat riders and restaurant staff with respect.
• Do not misuse the app, offers or support chat.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to deliver on time, but delivery times are estimates. To the extent permitted by law, Mirchiyo is not liable for delays or indirect losses beyond the amount you paid for the order concerned.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
